Cloud Solution Architect

For our client, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect in Germany, Frankfurt am Main.

Within the automotive industry, it is one of the leading global manufacturers of exterior rearview mirrors, wiring harnesses and polymer modules and has a diversified industry-leading portfolio of auto ancillary products and services that make it a full system solutions provider for its customers across the globe.

Must have: German language (at least B2)

Services Required:

  • Development of SAP Frontend Components: Writing clean, efficient, and fully documented code.
  • Code Review Participation: Providing constructive feedback and adhering to best practices.
  • Software Application Development: Using appropriate standards to meet client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gathering information and coordinating stakeholders independently.
  • Scrum Event Participation: Involvement in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Testing and Debugging: Ensuring software applications meet specified quality standards.
  • SAP System Maintenance: Regular upkeep and customer-specific enhancements for SAP IPS.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • SAP Cloud Architecture: Proven knowledge, including configuration and extension via SAP BTP.
  • SAP Programming: Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the last 6 years, with at least one project reference of 6+ months in a large SAP application (approx. 1000 users, 20+ functional interfaces) in a senior role.
  • German Language Proficiency: Native speaker or equivalent B2 level.
  • Methodological Competence: Expertise in SCRUM.

Target Criteria:

  • Hybrid SAP Applications Development: Proficiency in SAP UI5, Android, and SAP FIORI.
  • Tools: Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, SAP BAS, Eclipse.
  • OData Development: Experience in OData development and configuration.
  • JavaScript & Node.js: Strong knowledge, particularly with SAP UI5 and Fiori Apps.
  • CI/CD Concepts: Expertise in developing and implementing deployment concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain and present complex issues effectively.
