### Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Accountant / Financial Controller** to support UK trading entities and holding companies within a multinational finance organization.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in **UK accounting and statutory reporting** , with exposure to US GAAP, audit, tax compliance, and shared-service accounting operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting and financial reporting for UK entities.

- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and reporting.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

- Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation.

- Support US GAAP reporting and corporate accounting requirements.

- Work with tax teams on UK tax compliance.

- Oversee and collaborate with shared-service accounting teams.

- Identify and resolve accounting and reporting issues.

- Utilize systems such as **HFM and BlackLine**.

### Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant accounting/financial control experience.

- Experience supporting **UK legal entities** in a multinational environment.

- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and audit processes.

- Experience with **US GAAP**.

- Experience with **HFM and/or BlackLine** preferred.

- Knowledge of tax compliance and shared-service accounting models.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- **Fluent English** (spoken and written).

- **Polish language skills required.**

- Must be based in **Poland** and able to work UK/European core business hours.
