About the Role:
Join our Europe team in Romania as a Helpdesk Agent. In this position, you will provide essential support and contribute to delivering efficient services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist users with GDS systems inquiries.
- Resolve client concerns and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with our Europe team to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- GDS Experience
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish.
