About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our on-site team in Stockholm. This role is essential in our marketing automation strategy, impacting over 15 markets worldwide. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you'll be a pivotal part of our Direct to Consumer strategy.

Team and Department Overview:

As a member of our agile product and launch team, you will work on-site, collaborating closely with product configurators, developers, and various platform teams. Our environment promotes continuous learning and professional growth.

Project Insights:

You'll play a key role in our Marketing Cloud product, a vital component of a larger agile release train (SAFe) that includes various CRM and retailer-facing products based on Salesforce.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership in Salesforce.com, including data migrations, integrations, and custom code.
  • Developing solutions with Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and more.
  • Configuring innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Providing technical guidance and setting best practices.
  • Utilizing SFDC to enhance processes and productivity.
  • Managing change processes for application/code development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer).
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform configuration.
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java/C++, SOAP-based web services.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce data tools and relational databases.
  • Proven success in Salesforce.com integration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Preferably experienced in SAFe, SCRUM, or agile environments.
