Cloud Support Engineer

Looking for a Cloud Engineer to support the development and operation of cloud-native automotive products. You'll play a key role in incident management and ensure high IT service delivery standards for software tools used in autonomous driving solution development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage L1 to L3 incident processes.
- Improve ITSM processes and tools.
- Automate maintenance tasks using SRE principles.
- Produce service quality and compliance reports.
- Work on continuous service enhancements.
- Create a knowledge repository for user support.
- Monitor cloud and security tools.
- Provide training on engineering tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience with GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and similar tools.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and IT automation technologies.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) preferred.
- Familiar with agile frameworks.
