We are currently seeking an experienced Product Planning Manager to lead our client strategic market development initiatives. This pivotal role will design and implement effective market penetration plans and programs aimed at accomplishing business plans and organizational goals, with a specific focus on enhancing business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Utilize macro, market, or technology trends to shape long-term product plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Market Segment teams and Account Managers, employing Human-centered Design (HCD) principles to understand requirements and develop customer-led product plans.
- Product Insight: Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of current products to provide informed input for future product changes.
- Roadmap Creation: Craft product roadmaps in support of specific market segments.
- Project Ownership: Support the Synchronized Business Planning (SBP) Product Review process, managing specific projects and market segments within the Master Project List (MPL).
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases and lead Pre-program Planning (PPP) for significant opportunities within the portfolio.
- Value Proposition: Develop and articulate the value proposition for new products, ensuring their appropriate position within the portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Product Planning Functional Excellence and best practice sharing within the business.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor cross-functional teams supporting Product Planning, driving cross-functional and cross-business unit alignment to the product plan.
Qualifications:
- A college, university, or equivalent degree in sales, marketing, technical, or a related subject is required.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience in product planning, market strategy, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required for this position.
