Application Consultant Success Factors/SAP HCM

  • Requirements:

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a minimum of 6 years of working experience in SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, Employee Central, and other modules are a plus;
  • have certification in relevant SuccessFactors modules
  • Having experience in SAP HCM is a plus
  • have knowledge about integration (Integration Center, CPI, API)
  • possess very good written and oral communication skills in English;
  • are familiar with the agile way of working.

 We offer: 

- competitive salary based on skills&experience both on CoE and b2b

- hybrid work in a modern office in Warsaw (Minn 2 days/week)

- a project initially till July 2025 with the possibility of an extension
