Key Requirements:

• A university degree with a technical background.
• Over 2 years of technical experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in facility management, including developing activity-based budgets and managing subcontractors.
• Strong team coordination skills.
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and cater to client profiles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Quick decision-making skills to effectively resolve issues.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working with MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage preventive maintenance and daily service requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Oversee corrective maintenance for common areas and building equipment.
• Ensure high standards for all operations, repairs, replacements, renewals, and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate essential property support services, including cleaning, landscaping, and security.
• Maintain the highest standards of property management and maintenance, providing quality services to occupants while considering cost factors.
• Communicate regularly with tenants and act as the primary point of contact for daily operational guidance.
• Manage post-warranty repairs and ensure all location documents adhere to best practice standards.
• Evaluate, train, and develop on-site employees to build a competent and effective team.
