Sales Manager
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading company specializing in the production of medical consumables, including syringes, needles, and sutures. With a strong market presence and a commitment to quality, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position with extensive international travel, primarily focused on the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region through direct sales and distributor networks.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, hospitals, and distributors to expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical consumables market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and meet client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Participate in tender procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the medical devices industry, ideally with exposure to syringes, needles, or sutures.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and experience in working with both direct sales and distributor models.
- Experience in handling tender procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business (up to 50% of the time).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
