Please note the position is in a hybrid model, working 2/3 days per week in Cracow.

Duties:

• Define test strategy and execution for automated cloud native microservice based solutions delivering breakthrough efficiency and quality gains for over 6000 mobility product engineers located across the globe.
• Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native microservices used in building next-generation Autonomous driving solutions for some of the biggest car manufacturers in the world.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to understand performance requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and tools to simulate heavy traffic, complex transactions, and high-demand use cases.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements in system performance and scalability.
• Create Quality Test Results Report for completed executions and advise senior management on quality trends

Essential requirements:
• Computer Science or IT degree
• At least 7 years experience in a senior test automation role with at least 3 years in non-functional testing i.e. performance, load, backup/recovery, disaster recovery
• Expert knowledge in UI and API testing methods and tooling.
• Expertise in testing methodologies, test case development, and test automation is essential
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript is a must. Knowledge of automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and RestAssured is also required.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
• Excellent English, Organization, and Presentation skills
• Good knowledge of the Agile development process
• Understanding of IT project management procedures
