Junior Marketing Manager – Powering Campaigns & Events Across DACH (m/w/d)
The DACH Regional Marketing Team is responsible for the generation of pipeline in
Germany, Switzerland and Austria through the execution of demand generation activities
across outbound and inbound campaigns and events. The team works closely with the
local field sales, pre-sales, partner & alliances and value management teams by
communicating plans and aligning campaigns to business objectives.
About the Role
We are looking for a (Junior) Campaign Manager based in Munich to support our growth
strategy in Germany. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position,
supporting in particular our Campaign Managers with Campaign and Event execution but
also other functions. You will also work closely with Sales, our Pre-Sales organisation, the
Partner & Alliances Team, Value Management and some EMEA Marketing functions.
You will be based in our Munich office and report to the Sr. Director Marketing DACH.
Some travel required and 50% home office possible.
What you will do
As a (Junior) Campaign Manager, you will help execute and deliver integrated demand
generation marketing campaigns to a variety of target audiences (personas and
industries), which drive pipeline for our Sales organization. You will work on a mix of
activities and cadence for these campaigns and measure their effectiveness according to
the company’s goals.
You will:
• Support our Sr. Campaign Managers with their Demand Marketing campaigns across all
inbound and outbound channels
• You will be assigned special Team projects to work on and lead to success
• Work with the local Sales Teams
• Support and execute Webinars and small in-person events
• Orchestrate all internal and external resources and stakeholders
• Review localization of content and marketing assets
About You
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience
within a High-Tech or SaaS company
• Some understanding of development and execution of integrated campaigns
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written, visual/presentation skills in English and German
• Strong affinity for German language to review content
• Fast learner
Other qualifications
• Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously contributing to a positive
team spirit
• Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
• Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce and
Tableau
• Experience using Workfront to manage projects is a plus
Role Overview
• Junior position supporting demand generation team for DACH region
• Focus on generating pipeline for sales organization
• Will support 3 senior campaign managers in Germany
• Role initially for 12 months with potential to extend to 18 months
• Reports to Ulrike (currently acting as manager)
• Part of larger team (8-9 direct team members, 17 total including extended team)
Key Responsibilities
• Support senior campaign managers with administrative work
• Work on multiple types of campaigns:
o Persona-based campaigns (e.g., targeting CHROs)
o Industry-focused campaigns (e.g., manufacturing sector)
o Event support (webinars and on-site events)
• Handle project management across multiple concurrent projects
• Review German language copy/translations
• Work with various tools:
o Project management software
o Creative tools for asset creation
o Webinar platforms
Candidate Requirements
• Must be proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Working arrangements:
o Primarily full-time (40 hours), may consider 30-35 hours for right candidate
o Hybrid work model (Tuesday/Thursday in Munich office mandatory)
o Some travel within Germany required
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
