Backend Developer

Our client from Bucharest is redefining the future of real estate through AI-driven innovation.

They aim to revolutionize real estate management with new AI technologies, creating tools that make a lasting impact.

Work model: onsite, the first 3 months, afterwards hybrid 

Type of collaboration: B2B or CoE


We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to implement robust, scalable backend systems. Your work will be at the heart of our custom B2B platform that empower real estate management with AI and custom workflows.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.

Design scalable APIs to support web and mobile platforms.

Implement and optimize NoSQL and hybrid database solutions.

Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements.

Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.

Requirements:

Strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript and API development (min 3 years exp).

Prior experience in development using Python.

Experience with database systems, particularly NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).

Strong understanding of cloud architectures, Azure or AWS.

Experience in code review.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have:

Experience with AWS services or serverless architectures.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

Experience building AI-driven platforms and vector databases.

Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools.
