KYC Analyst (Client Onboarding)
Location: Warsaw
Work Arrangement: 5 days from the office

As part of the Client Onboarding – Client Implementation team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences while working alongside talented professionals in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the onboarding process for all client types and products, including cash and derivatives.
- Collaborate actively with Sales and other stakeholders to manage priorities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Client Onboarding policy and process requirements.
- Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain high standards of client service.
- Stay highly organized, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize projects effectively.

Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in Client Onboarding or KYC roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical approach to work.
