We are looking for a Software Engineer for our client to join a project developing innovative driver monitoring technology. The focus is on creating solutions that improve vehicle safety and comfort, including driver attention monitoring, seat belt recognition, and gesture recognition. These technologies are part of a broader effort to enhance interior sensing systems and the driving experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze software requirements to prepare comprehensive design documentation.
• Develop and program software modules, ensuring their functionality aligns with project goals.
• Conduct rigorous tests to verify and validate software work products.
• Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Adhere to quality standards and schedules, focusing on excellence and precision.
• Protect sensitive information and uphold the company’s reputation and confidentiality.

Required Experience:

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming, with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems programming and experience with software development tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with structured software development processes, such as CI/CD and Automotive SPICE.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, GIT, and similar software development platforms.
