Global Brand Manager
We are seeking a Global Brand Digital Manager to temporarily fill in during a parental leave with our client.
The Role
In this role, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team responsible for various digital initiatives across all Medical brands. Your team's responsibilities include brand websites, SEO, performance measurement, e-commerce content, global social media strategy and guidelines, digital best practices, content creation via communication toolkits, and management of Global PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management). You will oversee the digital strategy across Health & Medical digital platforms (websites, social, SEO, e-commerce) and ensure its execution aligns with brand, communications, and category strategies.
You will manage the global social media strategy and guidelines, ensuring consistency and best practices, and maintain and implement SEO strategies that focus on insights, measurement, and continuous content improvement. Your leadership will guide digital campaign creation and content best practices across the brand portfolio. You will foster cross-brand synergies, lead test and learn initiatives across digital channels and campaigns, and manage external agencies. Collaboration with departments like brand teams, product management, and medical affairs will be key to success. Additionally, you will oversee the digital budget to ensure alignment with business plans, and you will monitor consumer insights, trends, and industry changes to assess their impact on brand performance.

- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, with a background in Marketing and/or Digital (university degree or equivalent).
- Experienced in Digital Brand Marketing, preferably within a regulated industry, with a strong focus on briefing and leading agencies.
- Experienced in healthcare and B2B brand-building.
- A proven leader with at least one direct report.
- Open to exploring new markets and willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Skilled in relationship management, building positive relationships, navigating organizational dynamics, and fostering inclusivity.
- Able to explain digital concepts to non-digital audiences, and experienced in digital planning, content management, and using industry reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Google Search Console.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
