About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with strong video production skills to join our Employer Branding Team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that helps us attract and retain top talent. From designing eye-catching graphics to producing engaging videos, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our employer brand and making our company a magnet for the best talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Design impactful visual assets for employer branding campaigns, including social media, career pages, internal communications, and recruitment materials.
• Create high-quality videos for employer branding initiatives, employee spotlights, culture highlights, and recruitment marketing.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the employer branding and talent acquisition teams to tell compelling stories about our culture, people, and values.
• Enhance the Ux/AI or the internal social portal
• Stay updated on design and video trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in graphic design and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a passion for employer branding and talent attraction.
