We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our client’s team and lead the development of a Data and Adjustments Management Platform, enabling users to upload, edit, and approve data adjustments, as well as a Breaks and Exceptions Management Platform, which automates the handling of validation errors and supports data versioning.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2–3 products across two teams located in different regions.
• Collaborate with teams to define product vision and strategy.
• Work closely with engineers and users to define, track, and deliver on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Develop and drive user adoption strategy.
• Lead product testing and rollout across multiple divisions.
• Gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Engineering background preferred due to the technical nature of the products.
• Basic UX knowledge (nice to have) – the ability to create simple wireframes, even in PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly adapt and contribute effectively.
