We seek a skilled Software Technical Writer to join our client's team. In this role, you will create clear, concise, and effective documentation for software products, empowering users to achieve their goals seamlessly at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to mastering advanced features.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality user guides, API references, tutorials, and technical articles.
• Enhance Understanding: Develop visual aids, diagrams, and examples to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Identify & Address Gaps: Continuously evaluate and improve documentation clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate & Educate: Work with team members to support their contributions to documentation and align content with product goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure documentation meets user needs.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a technical writer, ideally in a product or developer-focused environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong engineering or software development background, with deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Documentation Tools: Expertise with markdown, RST markup languages, and documentation frameworks such as Sphinx and Swagger. Familiarity with Git is essential.
• Content Creation: Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Content Management: Knowledge of best practices in content management and operations.
• Work Samples: Must provide demos of previously written documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A technical degree, preferably in computer science.
