About the Role

Join the Controller’s team to ensure the firm meets its financial control and reporting obligations. You will be part of the Compensation Accounting team within the Controller’s group, responsible for managing monthly payroll bookings across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payrolls in compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Calculate wages and deductions based on contractual agreements and internal guidelines.
• Oversee payroll operations across up to six different regions.
• Address payroll, deduction, and tax-related inquiries.
• Identify and resolve compensation discrepancies.
• Perform compensation controls and tax calculations.
• Collaborate closely with the financial accounting team.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, particularly with complex payroll structures.
• Background in managing financial data within large organizations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Web/Java-based systems (e.g., PeopleSoft 9.0).
• Strong ability to manage high workloads and multiple deadlines.
• Experience in international payroll is an advantage, though candidates eager to develop global payroll expertise are encouraged to apply.
