Junior Support Technician

In this role, you’ll be part of an initial group supporting core IT operations and expanding to a full 24/7 monitoring service. What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & Respond to Alerts: Utilize predefined runbooks to manage incidents and issues effectively.
- Service & Change Requests: Process standard service requests (SRs) and change requests (CRs) following pre-approved guidelines.
- Incident Triage: Perform initial investigations into incidents reported by the Security Operation Center (SOC), Major Incident Management (MIM), and Support Desk (SD).
- Leverage Automation: Collaborate with Tech Squads to optimize and streamline incident resolution with the latest automation tools and services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log all incident resolutions, escalations, and actions in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Meet SLAs & KPIs: Consistently meet performance goals and service-level agreements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Update and refine documentation in our knowledge base.
- Onsite Availability: Work 5 days in the office to ensure immediate support and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in incident triaging and management.
- Troubleshooting capabilities across Windows and Linux servers, as well as cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and networks.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Process Expertise:
- Proficiency in service request and change management processes.
- ITIL v4 certification is a plus

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Team-oriented mindset, eager to learn and adapt.

Location & Availability:
- Must reside within the EU; operations will be based in our Wroclaw office.
- Ready to transition from standard office-hour operations to 24/7 coverage in the future.
