Junior Helpdesk Support (L1)

Now, they are looking for a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to provide first-line remote support to users across various locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide L1 remote support, managing and resolving user issues efficiently.
- Handle user calls, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved.
- Work with established SOPs and support processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and support desktop issues, Active Directory, software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, network problems, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Work in a shift-based environment, ensuring smooth IT support operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in remote L1 IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle various technical issues.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with users, ensuring high-quality support.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
