Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud - Lead Solution Architect to join our client's dynamic Technology Consulting practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end project implementation, leveraging your expertise in Oracle products to deliver cutting-edge solutions. As a key member of the team, you will drive project delivery, engage with clients, and lead the implementation process, ensuring the successful design and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Solution Architect, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including both pre-sales and delivery stages. You will:

• Lead client design reviews and discussions from offering to delivery, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
• Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements, particularly for modules like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Take ownership of the delivery process, ensuring successful outcomes for all project phases.
• Interpret functional requirements from onsite teams and deliver high-quality solutions from offshore.
• Oversee requirements gathering and documentation, using methodologies like AIM / OUM.
• Design integrated Oracle Fusion solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, and testing sessions.
• Assist clients during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
• Prepare test scripts and test cases for system validation.
• Lead a team of technical or functional consultants across various projects.
• Guide the team of experts, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience working with Oracle ERP Fusion Finance (or previous Oracle products).
• Proven experience in a key client-facing delivery role.
• Experience in leading at least 4 full lifecycle implementations in Fusion finance modules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of technical professionals in Oracle Fusion.
• A master's degree in finance or a related field (or equivalent education).

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Proficiency in German or French.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualifications.
