Project Manager/Error Manager

We are looking for an Error/Project Manager to join our automotive client in Cracow.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analysis of the error data from different sources
  • Creating analysis reports in a readable form for different target receivers
  • Cooperation with clients in terms of reported issues clarification
  • Support for the Project Manager in terms of reporting the work progress in the reported error resolution
  • Monitoring of the teamwork progress for the reported error resolution
  • Continuous development of professional qualifications.
  • Co-operation with local and remote teams.
  • Accomplishing tasks in accordance with TCK quality standards and schedules.
  • Care for a good company image.
  • Care for confidential information and the company’s property.

Requirements:

  •  MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Economics, Project Management, or related
  • Ability to create documentation in MS Excel
  • Ability to create scripts in VBA in MS Excel - nice to have
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to work with Jira/Confluence - must have
  • Very good communication skills - must have
  • Very good time management skills - must have
  • Analytical Skills: Collecting and analysing data from different sources; presenting the output of the analysis in the form of a clear report
  • Prior experience in error management/project management/project coordination
