We’re looking for a highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to support a dynamic and fast-growing digital content platform in the EMEA region — primarily the UK, France, and Germany. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and onboarding talented creatives, managing digital media submissions, and ensuring the highest standards of design quality across a vast collection of design templates used in cutting-edge creative applications.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Scout and assess talented designers based on specific aesthetic and technical guidelines

🤝 Engage and onboard new creative contributors, offering submission guidance and training

🧑‍🎓 Educate and support contributors through the template submission process, sharing feedback and resources

📄 Manage contracts and budgets, ensuring timely tracking of agreements and deliverables

📚 Develop creative briefs and educational materials to improve contributor experience and output

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, high-quality production workflows

✅ What We’re Looking For

🎨 3–5+ years of experience in digital production design, community management, content outreach, or similar

🧰 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Express, Photoshop, and Illustrator

📝 Experience with contracts, licensing, and payment processing workflows

🔍 A keen eye fdesign quality and technical execution; familiar with post-production best practices

📋 Detail-oriented and organized, with a deep appreciation for structured processes and polished outcomes

🌍 Fluent in English (written and verbal); French and/or German are strong assets

🔮 Awareness of visual and design trends across Europe and globally

📽️ Background in content production is a plus
