For our client in Romania, we are recruiting a Sr Experience Designer to join the office in Bucharest.

Work model: hybrid from Bucharest (3 days/week onsite)

Duties:

· Simplify. Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions that are grounded in user research and data. Develop tools that redefine how brands create, optimize, and personalize experiences to advance their objectives.

· Collaborate. Demonstrate thought leadership through collaboration and workshops with partners and other design teams. Convey design through compelling stories—via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and/or prototypes.

· Learn. Uncover and synthesize user goals, validate design solutions, and incorporate findings into your design process.

· Balance. Confidence in driving multiple projects forward while delivering on short-term goals.

· Lead. Inspire teammates and forge relationships across the company.

Skills:

• Direct experience across a range of design approaches and methodologies, from persona development and research to prototyping and the many steps in between.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs, product requirements, and strategic business objectives.
• Extensive experience in creating high-quality visual designs, defining UI requirements, and crafting user flows that effectively support both product and engineering teams.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch
• Very strong interpersonal skills, with ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing form.
• Confidence in presenting design rationale persuasively to all functions of the organization, including executives.

Education:

Related degree or 4+ years of proven experience in product design, building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
