Fullstack .NET Developer

We’re looking for a Fullstack .NET Developer to join the team of one of our clients – a growing software group delivering business management, CRM, and payment solutions across sectors such as membership, education, and healthcare. This is a full-stack role focusing on frontend (60–65%) using React, and a .NET backend (35–40%). The ideal candidate will also support task coordination for a small team of 2–3 developers.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop modern, responsive web interfaces using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+
  • Take ownership of the technical delivery from architecture through implementation to deployment
  • Ensure accessibility, modularity, and maintainability of frontend components
  • Coordinate and support a small development team (2–3 people), helping align priorities and ensure smooth progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, architecture, and deliverables
  • Debug and support applications post-deployment

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack web applications
  • 3+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite
  • 3+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+
  • Strong grasp of component-based UI development, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience with authentication, validation, error handling, and layered architecture
  • Previous experience coordinating technical work for a small team
  • English at B2/C1 level – you’ll be working with an international team (primarily UK and Poland)

 Nice to have:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with SQL Server, Redis, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes
  • Cloud experience with AWS or GCP
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry or New Relic
  • Use of AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
