About the Role

We are currently looking for a Junior HR Onboarding Specialist to join the team of one of our international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in Human Resources who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role focuses primarily on supporting HR processes across the EMEA region, offering a great chance to work in an international context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the employee onboarding process, including background checks and the collection and verification of required hiring documents.
• Accurately enter new hire data into the Oracle HR system.
• Manage incoming HR-related emails and service requests.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is an advantage but not required.
• A degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Oracle HR or other HRIS systems.
• German language skills are a plus.
