UX Designer

We’re looking for a collaborative, thoughtful, and detail-oriented UX Designer to join the team of our client. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full UX design lifecycle - partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to craft intuitive, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction from early discovery to final delivery.
- Design clean, low-, mid, and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Participate in or lead user research and usability testing to uncover user needs, validate concepts, and guide design decisions.
- Translate research insights into actionable design improvements.
- Partner with UX writers and researchers to ensure consistent, cohesive experiences.
- Present design rationale clearly, backed by sound UX reasoning, and iterate based on feedback.
- Prepare and share polished specs, flows, and assets with developers, supporting them throughout implementation.
- Conduct UX QA to ensure the final product meets usability, visual consistency, and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to internal documentation and champion user-centered design best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of UX design experience, ideally in web-based or enterprise products.
- Proficiency in Figma for both design and prototyping.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design and end-to-end product development.
- Hands-on experience with user research and synthesizing insights into clear design actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Miro or similar tools for ideation and collaboration.
Tools & Skills
- Figma, Miro.
- User-centered design and accessibility principles.
- Strong communication and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with UX writers.
- Experience leading UX workshops or co-design sessions.
- Familiarity with i18n and l10n best practices.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools.
- Comfortable navigating complex design systems in enterprise environments.
