UX Designer

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction from concept to implementation.
Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Participate in or lead user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.
Work hand-in-hand with UX Writers and UX Researchers to create cohesive and accessible user experiences.
Present your work confidently to stakeholders, welcome feedback, and iterate based on user and team input.
Deliver polished design specifications and collaborate closely with developers during the implementation phase.
Perform UX QA to ensure alignment with design intent and accessibility standards.
Contribute to design documentation and champion user-centered best practices within the team.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally on web-based or enterprise-level products.
Proficient in Figma (for design and prototyping) and familiar with tools like Miro.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience supporting or conducting user research, and translating findings into compelling design.
Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player.
Strong communication skills with a knack for clearly articulating design decisions.
Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🌟 Bonus Points For:
Experience working closely with UX Writers or contributing to UX copy.
Leading or facilitating UX workshops or co-design sessions.
Awareness of internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) best practices.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow tools.
Comfort working within a large design system and a structured enterprise environment.
