As part of their growth, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Value Package Introduction) to lead strategic product development initiatives in partnership with leading OEM customers across Europe.
🌱 What You’ll Be Doing
As Program Manager, you will oversee small to medium-sized Value Package Introduction (VPI) programs from concept to completion — ensuring they meet both customer and business goals. You'll be at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, program governance, and innovation delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading complex product introduction programs for European OEM clients
Defining customer expectations and measurable business outcomes
Developing and managing project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
Securing stakeholder alignment and managing communication with internal and external parties
Ensuring full compliance with the company’s structured VPI process
Regularly reporting performance to senior leadership
Driving cross-functional risk and issue management
Managing scope changes and escalations effectively
Coaching and guiding peers or junior program managers
Contributing to the evolution and improvement of the VPI process
🔍 What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need to combine technical program leadership with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for sustainable innovation.
Key requirements:
University degree (or equivalent)
7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in New Product Development
Proven track record in leading cross-functional, international projects
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology (preferred)
Fluent English; French is a strong plus
Willingness to travel 2 times per week to Quimper, France
