Packaging/Paper Machine Operator
📍 Location: Nowy Kawęczyn, Poland (approx. 70 km from Warsaw) ✈️ Relocation support provided
- Our client — a leading manufacturer of high-quality cardboard displays and packaging — is expanding their production facility in Poland. We are currently hiring skilled Machine Operators with experience in folding/gluing, die-cutting, or laminating.If you have hands-on experience with packaging machinery and are looking for long-term, stable work with relocation support, we’d love to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your experience, you may be assigned to operate machinery in one or more of the following areas:
Folding & Gluing (e.g., DGM 1850, Eterna 2100, Bobst Expertfold 165)
- Operate folder-gluer machines for 1 to 6-point glued boxes
- Work with a variety of corrugated and laminated packaging
- Ensure product quality and alignment with internal specifications
Die-Cutting (e.g., Bobst Mastercut, Brausse, Eterna, MWZ)
- Set up and run die-cutting machines for printed and laminated sheets
- Process materials like 3- and 5-ply boards (3E, 5BC, etc.)
- Maintain precision and safety standards throughout production
Laminating (e.g., Oppliger)
- Operate lamination machines for boards ranging from 130−550 g/m²
- Handle formats from B2 up to XL (1620×1210 mm)
- Process laminated and varnished substrates for further conversion

🧠 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating packaging machinery (folder-gluer, die-cutter, or laminator)
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and production protocols
- Familiarity with packaging materials: E, B, C, EB, GC, laminated/printed boards
- Understanding of product finishing: matte/gloss films, dispersion varnish
- Commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration with internal/external auditors
- Openness to development and working with modern finishing equipment
