They’re now looking for a Channel Account Manager to join their high-impact Digital Media business — a role that directly supports one of the most strategic revenue streams in the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
As a Channel Account Manager, your mission is to drive growth in sales revenue through strategic partnerships. You will:
Lead and execute joint annual business plans with strategic partners, updating quarterly and ensuring local teams follow suit.
Focus on key revenue growth areas:
Acquiring new customers
Increasing Annual Recurring Revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
Utilizing marketing development funds and campaigns to generate ROI
Analyze sales trends, identify patterns, and act on unexpected variances to steer business decisions.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities while ensuring strong renewal rates to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and sales to deliver a world-class partner experience.
Develop high-level partner relationships, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and mutual success.
Leverage internal product specialists to support and empower the reseller network in customer conversations.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluent English; Polish language skills are a plus.
