Senior Technical Security Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Security Specialist to join their global Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, with a particular focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). In this role, you’ll help shape and operate cutting-edge IAM solutions that keep the business secure and compliant while enabling success across diverse regions and cultures.
You’ll collaborate with teams worldwide, engaging with business units, IT, OT, and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise IAM solutions that meet security and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Map and document IAM infrastructure, processes, and master data dependencies across IT and OT, with a strong emphasis on Privileged Access.
Guide integration, process design, and development of IAM toolsets—particularly PAM solutions—aligned with strategic goals.
Design, implement, and maintain IAM tool usage, continuously driving optimisation and ensuring processes remain effective.
Plan and manage onboarding and maintenance of applications within IAM tools, providing expertise and support to IT and OT teams.
Lead IAM discussions during solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, recommending best-fit solutions.
Oversee lifecycle management of IAM tools, including patching, monitoring, and performance improvements.
Deliver value through SAFe Agile Framework initiatives and projects.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in IAM processes, integration design, and troubleshooting in large-scale, multi-site environments.
Proficiency in one or more leading PAM tools (PAM360 experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of identity master data and lifecycle processes.
Knowledge of MS Active Directory (incl. Group Policy Objects) and MS Servers; familiarity with networks, load balancers, Citrix, or Linux OS is advantageous.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
Excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in virtual, cross-functional environments.
Ability to pass a background check prior to onboarding.
