Finance Site Leader

Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Site Leader, you will play a central role in steering the financial direction of the site and supporting the Line of Business/Regional Distribution Organization. Key duties include:

• Actively contributing as a member of the leadership team to shape business strategies and drive key metrics.

• Leading all aspects of accounting practices, budgeting, financial controls, and reporting processes.

• Partnering with business unit leaders to ensure consistent and efficient application of accounting practices.

• Driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and cost management to achieve financial and operational targets.

• Creating a robust control environment across all key business cycles and ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements.

• Supporting business growth through financial analysis of new opportunities, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Managing working capital, including accounts receivable collections, inventory, and payables, to optimize financial performance.

• Building strong cross-functional partnerships to identify cost-effective processes and enhance profitability.

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the finance team—developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in finance leadership, including strategy, managerial, and budgetary responsibilities within a large manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Strong academic background: university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) strongly preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven track record in financial reporting, operational finance, and developing financial strategies that support business growth.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach in execution.
