Our client, a leader in the software consulting industry, is looking for an experienced Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing Kubernetes platforms, ensuring all related functional dependencies such as SSL certificates and secrets are handled effectively. You will work with a variety of Kubernetes management tools including Crossplane, Argo CD, Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus, while also leveraging your strong proficiency in Terraform to design and maintain infrastructure solutions. A key part of the role involves developing and managing advanced Azure DevOps pipelines, including complex multi-level setups with webhooks, triggers, and interconnected pipelines. As this is a client-facing position, you will collaborate directly with external customers and spend approximately one week per month onsite to support delivery and foster strong working relationships.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should bring at least two years of experience in a similar position with direct client exposure, along with excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) to thrive in an international environment. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone with an analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems while staying proactive and resourceful. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your tasks, working transparently, and making decisions independently. Strong time management, good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand client needs and their business impact will be critical to your success.
