BPM Architect
We are supporting a leading financial services provider, part of a well-established banking group, in finding top talent to drive innovation and operational excellence. The company is known for its dynamic environment, modern technology stack, and focus on delivering seamless customer experiences.
As a BPM Architect, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing complex business processes, ensuring smooth orchestration, scalability, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions that shape the future of customer service and sales processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and developing complex process orchestration solutions using BPMN on the Camunda 7/8 platform.
Implementing decision logic with DMN, configuring decision tables and DRDs.
Solving complex process challenges by optimizing performance and improving data flow.
Creating, managing, and maintaining user task forms (embedded or external).
Monitoring and optimizing Camunda BPM processes for scalability and efficiency.
Analyzing rules and developing decision services.
Preparing and maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
Proven expertise with BPMN, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in process modeling, especially in sales and customer service within an omnichannel architecture.
Experience in solving complex technical problems and optimizing workflows.
Strong knowledge of documentation standards and best practices.
Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary technical and business teams.
A proactive, knowledge-sharing mindset and collaborative attitude.
