EMEA Campaign Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Poland and Romania)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Travel: This role may require travel to business meetings and events. Reliable transportation is required.
About the Role
Our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an experienced EMEA Campaign Manager. This role sits within the EMEA Marketing team and plays a pivotal part in shaping the campaign strategy and execution across the region.
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, build pipeline, and support growth across both new and existing accounts. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working across global, EMEA, and regional teams to create compelling omni-channel campaigns tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the EMEA campaign strategy, program mix, and campaign calendar.
Lead the development and execution of campaigns, from content planning to delivery across webinars, email, digital, web, and events.
Collaborate closely with global marketing, regional field marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, and channel teams.
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including creative development, launch, reporting, and optimization.
Track and analyze campaign metrics, conducting ROI analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop strong, audience-specific messaging and creative assets in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.
Drive digital programs including SEO, SEM, paid media, social, nurture campaigns, and inbound experiences.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on campaign progress, impact, and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years’ experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing program management.
Proven track record of building and executing integrated B2B technology marketing campaigns.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and presentation to senior audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Knak, WorkFront, GSuite, Demandbase, Drift, and others.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security, networking, or enterprise infrastructure is highly desirable.
Experience leveraging AI for marketing purposes (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced, and global environment.
Flexibility to travel when required.
