UX/UI Designer
Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help accelerate the adoption of their Design System within a leading Application Security product suite. This role will focus on tailoring design system components to complex security workflows, identifying and filling gaps, and building scalable Figma libraries to support a global product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design System Enablement: Identify and close gaps between the existing design system and Application Security product needs; propose and create new components, patterns, and variants.
Figma Libraries: Establish, maintain, and govern robust Figma libraries tailored for security-focused use cases.
UI/Visual Design: Deliver polished, high-fidelity designs aligned with brand, accessibility, and usability standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX leads, engineers, and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across applications.
Process & Documentation: Define and document standards, design rationale, and usage guidelines to enable scalability across global teams.
Iteration & Delivery: Balance speed and quality—producing thoughtful, high-quality design outputs while meeting delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
7–10+ years of UX design experience, with a strong emphasis on UI/visual design and design systems.
Proven experience building, extending, or maintaining Figma component libraries.
Expertise in Figma and collaboration/prototyping tools.
Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results on time.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English required for a global team environment.
Highly process-oriented and detail-focused, with comfort documenting and scaling design practices.
Nice-to-Have
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or security tools.
Familiarity with Application Security workflows.
Experience supporting global, distributed teams.
