Senior Field Marketing Manager

As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth in Germany by designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns tailored to enterprise and major accounts. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative EMEA marketing team, working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner & Alliances, and Value Management teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results.
Your Impact
In this hands-on, strategic role, you will:
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to support pipeline growth.
Collaborate with the local Enterprise Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Plan, organize, and execute digital and in-person events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner, and sales insights.
Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable ROI.
Localize content and marketing materials to fit the German market.
Analyze and report campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
About You
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high-tech environment.
Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal, written, and visual).
Strong experience in event management and customer engagement at the enterprise level.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and ideally Workfront.
Experience in HR software or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategy and execution.
Passionate about AI in marketing and eager to explore innovative approaches to demand generation.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong project management skills.
