As a Concierge Agent, you will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class experience to high-value customers in the German market. You will serve as their primary point of contact, supporting them through onboarding, account setup, and their ongoing crypto journey. In this role, you’ll act as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of premium customers, ensuring their needs are met proactively and effectively. You will guide them through onboarding, help secure and fund their accounts, and introduce them to new features and products they might benefit from. You will monitor their accounts to identify and resolve potential issues, serve as an escalation point for complex cases, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive impactful improvements to the customer experience.

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of relevant experience in enterprise customer management, account management, or advisory roles in fast-paced environments. You should have a basic understanding of blockchain and crypto concepts such as staking, custody, and ROI, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and German is essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and evolving industry. Experience with Google Suite is expected, and familiarity with premium client support or fintech environments would be an advantage.
