We are now looking for an In-House Lawyer / Legal Counsel to support our General Counsel in managing a wide range of legal matters related to international operations. This role is ideal for a legal professional experienced in corporate environments who enjoys working independently, providing practical legal advice, and shaping internal compliance frameworks on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (including B2B agreements, NDAs, MSPs, SOWs, and employment agreements – including temporary employment arrangements) in both Polish and English.
• Provide legal advice on labor law, temporary employment regulations, civil law, corporate law, and compliance matters.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures, ensuring effective management of legal risks.
• Monitor changes in legislation and provide internal training on new requirements.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Prepare and manage corporate registration and governance documents.

Requirements:

• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of labor law, temporary employment law, commercial law, civil law, and data-protection regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a lawyer within the legal department of an international corporate group.
• Advanced English skills and hands-on experience drafting and reviewing legal documents in English.
• Strong analytical and risk-assessment skills.
• High professional ethics, reliability, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in an international environment.
• Bar qualification (Radca Prawny/Adwokat) is not required; in-house legal experience in an international group is the key criterion.
