Senior Paid Media Manager
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Media Manager to support their EMEA Growth Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing top-of-funnel media strategies across key markets including the UK, France, and Germany.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you’ll collaborate closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact awareness campaigns that engage new audiences and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Support the strategy, planning, and execution of awareness media to grow top-of-funnel metrics and reach new audiences.
Collaborate with creative and regional marketing teams to seamlessly activate quarterly awareness campaigns.
Communicate regularly with media and creative agencies, as well as internal teams, on campaign performance, optimizations, and delivery status.
Analyze and share campaign trends and insights, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop a deep understanding of audiences to deliver relevant, engaging, and creative content.
Drive innovation through media planning and testing, unlocking new growth opportunities.
Lead testing methodologies, reporting frameworks, and tracking requirements to maximize campaign impact and efficiency.
Present campaign insights and results in regular business review forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, web, creative, and campaign teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in German and English is required.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience running top-of-funnel media campaigns within an agency, publisher, vendor, or client environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Solid understanding of how paid media integrates with other marketing channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Demonstrated creativity, self-direction, and strategic thinking.
