UX Designer
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our growing Payments Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for users, responsible for improving user experience and efficiency.
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, contributing to the entire product development lifecycle from research to implementation. Your primary output will be detailed wireframes and user flows, which will serve as the foundational blueprints for the UI team.

- Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Define information architecture, user flows, and site maps to ensure logical and intuitive navigation and content organization. User flow diagrams help understand how users move between pages and achieve goals.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design Iteration & Validation: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to iterate on designs, ensuring solutions are user-centered and meet project objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with users, developers and other stakeholders to translate design vision into functional products and ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Accessibility & Best Practices: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and incorporate inclusive design practices to cater to a wide audience. Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
