đź’ˇ About the Company
We’re working with a leading software development partner that helps global organizations build and scale cutting-edge digital products.
This company specializes in end-to-end technology consulting — from cloud-native architecture and DevOps automation to high-performance applications and data-driven platforms.
They collaborate with clients from various industries — fintech, healthcare, data analytics, and more — designing solutions that are secure, scalable, and built for growth.
Here, engineering excellence truly matters. You’ll join a team where autonomy, curiosity, and technical mastery are valued, and where you can have a real impact on how complex systems are designed and delivered.
⚙️ The Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable operation of critical infrastructure and applications — both internally and for the company’s clients.
Your work will focus on Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform, helping to design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll collaborate closely with development teams, advise on best practices, and drive automation at every level.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins (Groovy/Jenkinsfiles, master/agent setup, pipeline optimization).
Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments – deployments, Helm/Kustomize, security, and networking.
Build and operate AWS infrastructure, using best practices across core and advanced services (certification a plus).
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform – including complex modules and state management.
Automate workflows and processes using Python, Go, or Bash.
Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Investigate and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready environments.
Continuously improve system reliability, deployment speed, and operational visibility.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
Advanced knowledge of Jenkins (CI/CD, Groovy scripting, agent management).
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including Helm/Kustomize, networking, and security.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and best practices.
Proven skills in Terraform (modular, complex configurations).
Strong scripting abilities in Python, Go, or Bash.
Solid experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Great communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
