What You'll Do
As a Strategic Product Specialist you will be responsible for creative, design and IT and developers teams within our enterprise customers. Position based in Western EMEA with engagements both in persons & remote. Partnering with the DME CSMs to validate the outcomes of first customer discovery sessions, uncover potential use cases that may apply, define accordingly agenda of customers workshops, customize demos with customers assets in context, and ensure debrief / follow ups with customers sponsors to confirm engagements roadmap. SD will also be instrumental in the roll out of the new CSS engagement model with the implementation of the Use Case Roadmap in partnership with CSM.
Leveraging the existing relationships that the company has with our enterprise customers, you will need to:
• Qualify discovery insights collected by CSM, agree on session agenda, validate maturity level and attendees profiles with customer’s main sponsor;
• Ensure having proper context, details on customer eco system, workflows and technology in place;
• Select the relevant use cases, customize the demo accordingly and deliver sessions;
• Qualify their readiness to commit to a formal POCs;
• Demonstrate specific value to their current and future creative workflows; against the pre agreed KPIs or success factors;
• Leverage FF use case successful implementation, to expand FFS & Edition4+ foot print to other departments;
• Engage them to testimony for the company based on successful use cases implementation.
To be effective at doing this, you will need to be able to:
• Effectively probe and challenge customers to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for Edition 4+ FFS to foster creative efficiency, and automate assets creation,
• Assess GenAI customer maturity of your customers, deliver the relevant session module;
• Illustrate how Edition 4 + FFS can improve creativity and productivity;
• Set up sample brand assets (e.g. logos, design elements, templates) if this is going to help customers more quickly experience the benefits of FF;
• Identify ways that we can scale impact.
What You Need to Succeed
• You will ideally have practical experience delivering visual communication/design projects for enterprise brands;
• Good experience in driving discovery calls to assess existing workflows and map out which components may be improved/ enriched / replaced by FF;
• A mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills;
• Must be a good presenter/storyteller that can deliver a compelling product demonstration which articulates value (not just feature/function);
• Good experience in effective GenAI prompting;
• Good practice of Ps, + one of the other key CC apps such as Il, In, Premiere Pro/ After Effects;
• Effective experience in delivering API projects, ability to talk to IT & Developers on API;
• Must be able to open doors, secure meetings, and develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
