Your Role:
As a key member of the Solution Consulting team, you’ll play a strategic presales role supporting the sales organization. You’ll act as the go-to expert for Data & Insights solutions—covering analytics, personalization, and customer journey insights—helping clients unlock the full potential of their data.
You’ll work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and build compelling business cases that drive measurable outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Member of the sales organization as a Pre-Sales Consultant
Support sales with a use-case- and value-driven approach from a solution and technical perspective
Act as a trusted consultant to customers by understanding their business needs and organizational landscape
Translate customer requirements into concrete solutions and robust business cases that support financial goals
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, enabling you to position Content Management, Commerce, and Work Management solutions across various industries
A blend of technical expertise and digital marketing background, with a strong eye for presentations and compelling software demonstrations
Confidence in discussing solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels
Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills as a trusted advisor to practitioners and stakeholders
Experience building and presenting use cases and value propositions
Ability to clearly articulate the business value behind technical features
Experience with solution-selling methodologies
Familiarity with the business objectives of large enterprises (e.g., DAX 30)
Experience conducting and leading customer workshops
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (business level)
Willingness to travel throughout the Central European region
Expertise in SaaS and cloud-based technologies and their business implications
Experience delivering tailored software demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and benefits
