For our client, we are looking for a professional to join a team responsible for managing Master Data for Printed Packaging Materials (PrM). This role combines operational responsibility with an expert function, supporting high data quality (Right First Time), process standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives in an international, project-driven environment.

Workplace: Sochaczew, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update Master Data for Printed Packaging Materials in dedicated systems (e.g. Veritas).

• Ensure high data quality in line with Right First Time principles, applicable standards, and project timelines.

• Monitor data consistency and compliance with established guidelines.

• Act as a point of expertise for Master Data processes related to PrM.

• Develop training materials and support knowledge sharing on Master Data processes and tools.

• Track relevant KPIs, initiate improvement actions, and collaborate with local and regional teams.

• Support standardisation of ways of working and the implementation of new processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in Master Data Management, product data management, or a related area.

• Knowledge of packaging materials or technical product data is an advantage.

• Experience working with Master Data systems (e.g. Veritas or similar tools).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a project-based environment.
