EMEA Campaign Manager

We’re partnering with a global cybersecurity technology powerhouse to recruit an experienced EMEA Campaign Manager for an 18-month contract assignment. This role offers the chance to work at the center of regional and global go-to-market strategy, building sophisticated omni-channel campaigns that directly influence pipeline growth and customer acquisition in one of the fastest-growing technology sectors.

The Opportunity
As EMEA Campaign Manager, you will join the regional marketing team supporting advanced security platforms and threat intelligence solutions. You’ll take full ownership of EMEA campaign strategy and execution, orchestrating closely with global marketing, field teams, sales enablement, product marketing, and operations to deliver integrated demand-generation programs that create pipeline, nurture opportunities, and accelerate revenue.
This is a highly visible role where your campaigns will directly shape regional go-to-market strategy and customer engagement across multiple countries and markets.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaign planning, development, execution, optimization, and reporting, including:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Define the EMEA campaign strategy, marketing mix, content roadmap, campaign calendar, and resourcing plan
Design integrated omni-channel programs aligned with regional and global go-to-market priorities
Develop campaign themes and messaging aligned to product, solution, and industry positioning
Program Execution & Delivery
Build and execute multi-channel campaigns including webinars, virtual events, email, nurtures, landing pages, chat, paid media, organic and syndicated programs
Lead creative development from concept through execution, working with internal creative teams and external agencies
Partner with corporate communications and social teams to align launches and major go-to-market moments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across global marketing, field marketing, product marketing, content, sales enablement, channel, operations, and analytics
Ensure campaigns support pipeline generation, account expansion, and regional sales priorities
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on plans, timelines, deliverables, and performance
Performance & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report campaign and program performance across the funnel
Conduct ROI and effectiveness analysis, optimizing messaging, channels, targeting, and spend
Work closely with data and operations teams to adjust execution based on real-time performance
Digital & Innovation Focus
Drive a holistic digital strategy including SEO, SEM, display, inbound web experiences, social, syndication, and nurture journeys
Leverage marketing automation and collaboration platforms to scale and optimize execution
Apply AI-driven tools and insights to enhance targeting, content creation, and performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a senior, results-driven B2B marketer with strong campaign leadership and execution expertise:
8+ years’ experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing program leadership within B2B technology
Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Advanced digital marketing experience across webinars, landing pages, nurtures, paid media, and inbound programs
Confident content contributor with experience guiding messaging, copy, and content mix
Deep familiarity with marketing automation and collaboration platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Knak, PathFactory, Demandbase, Drift, Splash)
Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security operations, networking, or enterprise infrastructure highly advantageous
Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams; willing to travel internationally
