Technical Project Manager – Global Software Solutions (GSS)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects within our Global Software Solutions (GSS) organization. This senior-level role is a key member of the Program Management team, responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and successful delivery of GSS initiatives.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Advanced Safety & User Experience segment, operating in a dynamic global environment and tackling complex challenges. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders across high-volume programs and collaborate on strategic directions to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables.
Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement.
Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools.
Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proofs-of-concept (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability.
Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success in delivering international projects, including ownership of business targets and industrialization.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
