We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee operations at a manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. Our client is an international industrial organization specializing in advanced materials processing and heavy manufacturing, operating across Europe, Asia, and North America.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable production, the company continues to expand its footprint and strengthen its position in global markets. This role offers full operational and financial responsibility for the plant and plays a key part in driving further growth and efficiency.

• Full responsibility for the plant’s P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving EBITDA targets.

• Lead daily operations of metal recovery and alloy production lines, ensuring production targets and operational KPIs are consistently met.

• Implement effective cost control measures across production processes, including production costs, raw material sourcing, and labor efficiency.

• Supervise the finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with local accounting regulations and international reporting standards.

• Maintain high standards of product quality and operational safety while ensuring compliance with relevant quality management systems.

• Oversee environmental compliance and support sustainable production processes.

• Manage the supply chain and logistics of raw materials and finished products across regional and international markets.

• Optimize transportation costs, delivery timelines, and overall supply chain efficiency.

• Provide strong leadership to plant management and operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 10–15 years of senior management experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

• At least 5 years in a leadership role such as Plant Manager, Site Leader, or General Manager.

• Strong experience in metallurgy, heavy manufacturing, or chemical processing industries.

• Experience with non-ferrous metals will be considered a strong advantage.

• Proven track record in P&L management and financial leadership.

• Ability to interpret financial statements and operational performance indicators.

• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Metallurgical or Mechanical) or Business/Finance.

• MBA or dual technical-business background will be considered an advantage.

• Fluency in Czech and English is required.

• Knowledge of additional European or Asian languages will be considered an advantage.

• Good understanding of Czech labor law, EU industrial standards, and environmental regulations.
